Over the course of his career, he has led the development of over 20 industrial technologies and filed multiple patents. He has also played a pivotal role in building advanced R&D infrastructure at The Catalysts Group, including the establishment of a DSIR-recognized synthetic biology lab. Known for his strategic leadership, Dr. Pavan Kumar excels at guiding cross-functional teams and driving techno-commercial initiatives that accelerate market adoption and create sustainable, revenue-generating growth for biotechnology products.
